How To Live Each Day Without Stress

How To Live Each Day Without Stress

How we think affects everything in life: health, relationships, career and over-all happiness. It makes sense that we control our thoughts for a better life and that is what you'll learn about here: controlling your thoughts for a stress and anxiety free life.

As I write this article, I am living in the Los Angeles area. In fact, I am at a Mall having an Asian Brunch and getting a little work done as my wife conducts sales training for a big-box retail store. Stress on the way here...
Stress. It seems everyone on the freeway today and even folks shopping here at the mall are stressed. They are reacting to life rather than enjoying each precious moment that is a gift of our universe.

Sometimes, even today, I get stressed too. Usually its bout work, finances, how to get where I want to go. What do I do? I return back to the methods, the habits to remove stress.

I sometimes notice those people that are close to me get anxious, stressed and I'll share -- if they are open to hearing or receiving the message that you'll read here. It always helps when applied. Always.

Did you know that stress is a major ingredient to most human ailments? That's right. Medically proven. You probably know this already.

Is it important to live as much as possible anxious and stress free? You bet.

Today, tonight, tomorrow.. every thing you care about that money didn't buy including your health even your life, could be gone. Just like that. Here is another fact: nothing that you were stressing about mattered. Nothing.

Take action on what I am about to share. It will make a difference.

Stress and Anxiety Simple Solution:

1. Be Grateful. Each day, first thing, contemplate the positive things in your life: your current health, your relationships, your opportunities available to you or waiting for your discovery, that the basics of living are covered, the fact that you have a mind that determines the quality of your life and no one can take that from you! Huge deal there.

Be Grateful.

2. A Positive Morning Habit. I like to take at least 5 minutes for focused or relaxed meditation. Focused meditation is a practice of mind control for an objective in life/career. Relaxed meditation is for slowing the mind down and just becoming aware. This is a great feeling. Maybe you prefer an exercise routine or just relaxed reading. Make sure you do something to start your day that is positive.

3. Be Kind. Do at least one conscious kind act for another. Even a smile and kind word to your partner, friend, co-worker, bank teller, waiter waitress; anyone.Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself right in every way. What you give your body in sustenance, exercise, can-do thinking and time for what you love.

Be Kind.

4. Major Goal Action. This is very important. Know what you want in life right now. Have a plan of some kind. Do not worry if it's complete or great. Just know what you want! Is it a promotion at work? Is it getting a business idea off the ground to reality? Is it a major project for altruism, love, politics, personal endeavors? Whatever it is, Know What You Want. Next, take a daily action towards that goal. Every day.

Major Goal Action.

That's it! Do this daily and you'll know what direction you are heading. You'll know that life IS good and when you hit obstacles, they won't matter. You'll respond positively rather than react with unconscious stress or anxiety.

Now... don't just read this and move on. Take out a calendar and write what you'll do tomorrow to fulfill each action. Plan it out. Put on your calendar. Check it off each day.

~ Never conform or tolerate mediocrity in yourself or those in your charge. Be a Winner! Take action.
